SCOTT MARATHON BTT

Thanks to a consolidated calendar each year we have been enhanced the singletracks.  It is the perfect time to start the season and enjoy the BTT in an ideal terrain.

With the intention of minimizing contacts and crowding, the Mediona test will exceptionally be a CRI test (against the clock). Possibly the hardest race you will ever do, not because of the distance, but to be a CRI format, unusual and more so with these distances ...

Participation in the test will be only for the PRO category (competition license). According to resolution SLT/3354/2020 19 of December, only sporting events can be held on the official calendar and with the exclusive participation of federated athletes in competition.

• The Friday before the race, each participant will be sent an email with their START time.

REGISTRATION PRICE:

• Long (44km):  30€ (vat included)

• Short (22km): 25€  (vat included)

Registration will close on 04.02.2021 or on reaching the maximum limit of entries.

Test limited to 300 participants.

* The Catalan Cycling Federation and the organizer of the test will send a certificate for the participants of the test, to be able to issue the certificate the participant must be federated in the competition mode, cyclotouring licenses are not accepted.

"Travel for sports activities and professional, state and international sports events: exceptionally, travel for authorized national or international sports activities will be allowed. Professional athletes (that is, with the existence of a labor or contractual relationship with the sports entity or similar), as well as athletes who have the qualification of High Level and High Performance sportsmen, those assimilated at the level of the Spanish State, the people in charge of developing technical or essential functions (trainers) in the training sessions, and the personnel in charge of carrying out maintenance tasks, surveillance, essential services to the installation, will be able to travel to or from their job ( training or competition) exceeding the time limitation of night mobility. These groups must prove it by means of the corresponding certificate or self-responsible statement together with the supporting documentation that justifies it."

GENERAL RULES

• It is mandatory that you wear the mask at all times before and after the race. Make sure to cover the nose and mouth.
• Mask up to 30 "before the start, mandatory at aid stations and when crossing the finish line.
• You will have at your disposal Hydro-alcoholic Gel. Use it frequently.
• Always, always, have the interpersonal distance of 2 m. Do not make groups.

• In order to access the Technical Zone, and to comply with the traceability protocol (Catalan Cycling Federation), it is necessary to register here: → TECHNICIAN REGISTRATION, in the control of licenses, the corresponding accreditation will be delivered, to access at the technical zone you will need the accreditation, accompanied by the corresponding license. Only adults of legal age and with a competition license, technical or mechanical can register.

RETURN POLICY:

Any cancellation of registration must be made by email to: info@ticketoci.net. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted. Payment of the registration refund will be made by crediting the card used at the time of registration, taking into account the following conditions.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION OR EVENT due to PANDEMIC:

• Transfer of registration to the new proposed date of the race
• Transfer of registration in the next mountain bike race
• Change of ownership
• 85% refund of the registration fee, (15% for expenses incurred with the preparation of the test). The refund will be made in the same account of the card with which the payment was made.
