Entries made on the day of the test will have a surcharge of 10€, and will not be included in the start list. 

  • REGISTRATION: until the Wednesday before to the test, we are closing at 23:59h. The payment will be done by credit card at the website when doing the registration. If you do not do the payment the registration is not confirmed.  + 5€ at the fisrt registration in a CCI race Includes: chip, bib, bike plate, t-shirt). The rider will be responsible for taking care of the bib and plate number, which will be used in all Catalan Cup races (special ones included).

  • The day of the race will consist of picking up the  bike number (1st race), or any other race if  the rider has  not competed  before. You have to show he current  license, . No registration will be accepted from 30 minutes before  the race. Entries made on the day of the test will have a surcharge of 10 €, and will not be included in the start list. 
  • According to UCI rules: 1.2.052 National, regional and club teams and their respective riders may not start in competitions abroad unless they hold authorisation in writing issued by their federation (except teams and riders from the same federation as the event organiser). This authorisation must carry the dates of validity and the name(s) of the rider(s) concerned. The provisions in this article shall not apply to riders covered by the provisions of article 2.1.011. 
  • The price of the CRI test only will be € 20 (all categories), and will be scored as a CCI test.
  • Teams interested in booking a paddock, will have to fulfill the booking form. The space booking is for all tests of the CCI 2021. If you need to arrange the payment by bank transfer, please contact to: outdoor@ocisport.net
  • Teams that are going to participate in the championship, will have to send us the form with the riders of your team. Please note that has to be sent on the first test. You can send the form to: outdoor@ocisport.net

  • The Catalan Cycling Federation and the organizer of the test will send a certificate for the participants of the test, to be able to issue the certificate the participant must be federated in the competition mode, cyclotouring licenses are not accepted.

    "Travel for sports activities and professional, state and international sports events: exceptionally, travel for authorized national or international sports activities will be allowed. Professional athletes (that is, with the existence of a labor or contractual relationship with the sports entity or similar), as well as athletes who have the qualification of High Level and High Performance sportsmen, those assimilated at the level of the Spanish State, the people in charge of developing technical or essential functions (trainers) in the training sessions, and the personnel in charge of carrying out maintenance tasks, surveillance, essential services to the installation, will be able to travel to or from their job ( training or competition) exceeding the time limitation of night mobility. These groups must prove it by means of the corresponding certificate or self-responsible statement together with the supporting documentation that justifies it."

GENERAL RULES

  • It is mandatory that you wear the mask at all times before and after the race. Make sure to cover the nose and mouth.
  • Mask up to 30 "before the start, mandatory at aid stations and when crossing the finish line.
  • You will have at your disposal Hydro-alcoholic Gel. Use it frequently.
  • Always, always, have the interpersonal distance of 2 m. Do not make groups.

Only adults with a competition, technical or mechanical license can register. CYCLOTOURING LICENSES are NOT valid.

  • The federated in Catalonia, the Catalan Federation will send them the mobility certificate. At the race office, ACCREDITATIONS, the corresponding FCC accreditation will be given, which, together with the corresponding federal license, will be used to access the technical area. Accreditation will be valid for the entire season, but you must register for each race.
  • Federated in another community can download the mobility certificate in their private area of ​​the RFEC. The race office, ACCREDITATIONS, will be given a cover to place the federal license, which will be their identification to be able to access the technical area.
  • International federated technicians must consult their Federation and apply for the mobility license from their federation. Access to the technical area will not be possible for non-federated people.

RETURN POLICY:

Any cancellation of registration must be made by email to: info@ticketoci.net. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted. Payment of the registration refund will be made by crediting the card used at the time of registration, taking into account the following conditions.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION OR EVENT due to PANDEMIC:

In case of total cancellation or postponement of the event by government order due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the following conditions will apply:
  • Transfer of registration to the new proposed date of the race
  • Transfer of registration in the next mountain bike race
  • Change of ownership
  • 85% refund of the registration fee, (15% for expenses incurred with the preparation of the test). The refund will be made in the same account of the card with which the payment was made.
